You are responsible for ensuring you gain a qualification that meets our requirements.
Your employer also has a responsibility to provide you with support to gain qualifications under the Codes of Practice for Employers.
The support employers can provide may differ from one organisation to the other:
- some may fund your qualification
- some may have access to a training provider
- some may offer support to help you access funding and training yourself.
It is important you speak to your employer to determine what support is available to you to help you gain your qualification.
